Morgan Carroll is a third generation trial lawyer in Colorado, committed to protecting the rights of individual citizens. Her practice has special emphasis on advocacy for disabled people. She focuses on wrongful delay or denial of insurance claims.
Ms. Carroll joined the law firm of Bradley & Carroll in 2000 working on Social Security Disability, Long Term Disability, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and Medical Powers of Attorney.

Ms. Carroll quickly became a leader in the legal community by serving on the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors; the Women’s Law Caucus and as chair of the New Lawyers Committee. She also served on the American Trial Lawyers Board (New Lawyers) and on the Board for the Workers’ Compensation Education Association. She has completed a course in Medical Treatment Guidelines and has been part of the faculty for various Continuing Legal Education courses. She has trained in Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College. Ms. Carroll is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Arapahoe County Bar Association.
Attorney Morgan Carroll is, in addition to her law practice, currently serving her first term in the Colorado Senate, following two terms in the Colorado House. Ms. Carroll has continued her focus on the needs of the people, especially those who are disabled, injured, or denied their civil, constitutional or human rights.
Ms. Carroll has volunteered extensively in community and civic organization and has been active for many years in monitoring human and civil rights locally, nationally and internationally. She was appointed to serve on the Work Force Development Council, Commission on Mandates in Health Insurance, the Governor’s Advisory Council for Persons with Disabilities, an Honorary Chair of the Colorado Freedom Memorial, and is serving on the Board of Progressive States Network. Ms. Carroll was voted “Best Local Politician” by the Aurora Sun Sentinel newspaper and awarded Distinguished Legislator by the United Veterans Committee.
